Transport
What carriers do you use?
Smaller orders (under 10 kg) are sent through the Post Office. We ship larger orders via GLS.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Shipping is free for orders over CZK 3,000.
How long does it usually take to deliver an order?
You can always check the product delivery time on the product page directly under the add to cart button. We already have some products in stock and some pieces are produced only after the order has been sent, this may concern e.g. large furniture. However, the standard delivery time is between 1-3 weeks.
I have already sent an order and I want to make a change to it. Possible?
We have limited time to make changes to orders. Write to us as soon as possible at hello@neatlane.cz and we will try to implement your change!
Payment
What types of payments are available on Neatlane?
You can pay at Neatlane by credit card or bank transfer.
When paying by bank transfer, use the order number as the variable payment symbol. As soon as the money is credited to our account, we will start preparing the order for shipment.

Complaints and returns
Do you offer free returns?
Yes! You can return the goods within 30 days completely free of charge. Write to us at hello@neatlane.cz and we will take care of returning the goods.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please send us an e-mail to the address hello@neatlane.cz with a photo of the damaged product and you can leave the next procedure to us.
Cooperation
I am an architect/interior designer and would like to offer products on Neatlane to clients. Is it possible to agree on cooperation?
